Conceived as a direct continuation of the original’s tone, Predators returns to a survival‑thriller structure while expanding the lore with rival Predator clans and a hostile alien ecosystem.
Plot
A group of elite warriors and killers from across Earth—including mercenaries, soldiers, and criminals—find themselves mysteriously abducted and parachuted onto a strange alien world. Confused and disoriented, they quickly realize they are unwilling participants in a deadly game: the planet is a vast game preserve for a clan of Predators.
Led reluctantly by the mercenary Royce, the group struggles to work together as they navigate hostile jungles filled with alien dangers. Along the way, they encounter evidence of previous hunts and learn of two rival Predator clans locked in conflict. As their numbers dwindle, paranoia grows—especially with the revelation that one of their own, Edwin, hides a sinister secret.
Betrayal, sacrifice, and brutal combat ensue as the survivors are hunted one by one. In the climax, Royce lures the Predators into a final showdown, forcing them into direct combat and using their own tactics against them. Though victorious, Royce and Isabelle are left stranded on the planet, uncertain of rescue as more captives parachute in to join the deadly cycle of the hunt.
